Ukraine struck two Russian oil refineries overnight with drones, sparking massive fires and killing one person. The Slavyansk-na-Kubani refinery in the Krasnodar region, a major facility processing ~4 million tons of crude annually, was hit by drone debris, killing one person and wounding another. A refinery in the Yaroslavl region was also struck.

Putin acknowledged Russia faces a 'certain deficit' of fuel for the first time. Fuel rationing of 50 liters per day has been imposed in Irkutsk, Siberia.
