• ✓Exits and emergency lighting
• ✓Normally closed fire doors stay closed
• ✓Equipment in place and signs readable
• ✓Staff present at critical rooms
• ✓Fire lanes clear (Shanghai)
• ✓No e-bikes charging in exits
• ✓Other fire-safety conditions

Duty and patrol records: keep at least 1 year; inspection, repair and maintenance records: keep at least 5 years (GB 25201-2010 10.2).
